My Entrepreneurial Vision
My long-term objective is to create and manage my own beauty business, developing a brand that combines professionalism, modern beauty services and an exceptional customer experience.
My vision is to establish the business initially in Craiova and Turceni, creating two locations that maintain the same standards of quality, professionalism and brand identity.
Rather than creating only a traditional beauty salon, my goal is to develop a recognizable beauty brand built around customer experience, quality services, a carefully selected professional team and continuous innovation.
As the business grows, I would like to explore opportunities for expansion, introduce new services and develop a strong digital presence.

My Role as Business Manager
As the founder and business manager, my responsibilities would include:
Business Strategy
Defining the salon's objectives and development strategy.
Team Management
Recruiting, coordinating and motivating beauty professionals.
Financial Management
Monitoring budgets, expenses, revenue and business performance.
Marketing & Branding
Developing the salon's image, promotional strategy and social media presence.
Customer Experience
Ensuring that every client receives professional and personalized service.
Operations Management
Coordinating appointments, schedules, suppliers, products and daily operations.
Business Development
Identifying opportunities for new services, partnerships and future expansion.
Career Objective
My goal is to become a successful business manager and entrepreneur capable of transforming an idea into a sustainable and respected brand.
In the coming years, I aim to complete my studies in Management, continue developing my knowledge through specialized beauty and business courses and gain practical experience that will prepare me to manage my own company.
In the long term, I envision building a successful beauty brand with locations in Craiova and Turceni and creating a professional environment where both clients and employees feel valued.

I am an ambitious, organized and determined young professional with a strong interest in business management, entrepreneurship and the beauty industry.
I have always been motivated by high standards and continuous personal development. Throughout my education, I maintained an excellent academic record, achieving an overall average grade of 10 each year. My involvement in student leadership, international Erasmus+ experiences, competitions and school projects has helped me develop strong communication, teamwork, adaptability and leadership skills.
My long-term ambition is to combine my knowledge of management with my passion for the beauty industry and develop my own successful beauty business, with locations in Craiova and Turceni.
I believe that a successful manager should not only understand business, but also know how to motivate people, communicate effectively, make responsible decisions and continuously look for opportunities to improve.
